Before first use:

We recommend washing your Wovii before first use as minor blemishes and lint might be present from the manufacturing process. However, these will permanently vanish after a wash.

Don't mix colours in case minor runs occur.

Regular washing

Wash your towels on a warm or cold wash cycle then dry them on the line in the shade or in a low heat tumble dryer.

Wash bright coloured towels separately

Don’t use bleach, iron them or send them off to the dry cleaners. Fabric softeners are also a no-no when it comes to towels (more on this down the page).

Divide and conquer

Just like with other clothes, wash woviis with like colours. Never mix dark and light colours.

Wovii and fabric softener don’t mix.

Using fabric softeners with your Wovii will reduce how well they can absorb water. Don't worry, unlike other towels, your Woviis will stay soft without fabric softener.

Uh-oh! I used fabric softener with my Wovii. Are they ruined?

Not at all. Fabric softener just works by coating towels with a light film, which stops them from being as absorbent. Just wash it a few times, without fabric softener, and it'll regain it's full drying power.

Before First Use:

We highly recommend washing your Wovii before its initial use to remove any minor blemishes or lint that may be present from the manufacturing process. These imperfections will permanently disappear after washing.

When washing, avoid mixing colors to prevent minor runs.

Regular Washing:

Wash your Wovii blanket using a warm or cold wash cycle, then air dry them in the shade or preferably tumble dry on low heat.

Do not use bleach, iron, or dry clean your blanket. Additionally, avoid using fabric softeners, as they can negatively affect the performance of your Wovii (more details below).

Just like with other garments, wash Woviis with similar colors. Never mix dark and light colors to prevent color bleeding.

Wovii and Fabric Softener:

Using fabric softeners with your Wovii may reduce its absorbency. However, unlike other towels, Woviis retain their softness without fabric softeners.
