How can I pay?

When I checkout I'm asked to create an account. What does that mean? 

The optional account signup at checkout is there for customer convenience and is not mandatory for shopping on our site. The purpose is to allow repeating customers to save their details such as addresses so that they don't have to be entered each time at checkout.

I’ve placed my order. What happens next?

You’ll receive an email from us confirming all the details of your order.

We won’t add to your overflowing inbox with 10 different ‘notifications’. Just know your order is in great hands and our warehouse team will get it out to you pronto!

Why can't I apply the signup discount code to my first order? 

Items ordered in a bundle or a Best Buy are already discounted in excess of the signup discount and no further discounts apply. 

Why offer a discount code if I can't use it? 

The discount code is available off the RRP of any unbundled product. As some products require the purchase of multiple units to get the bundle price, using this code allows a discount even for smaller quantities. 

Why is the shipping charge excluded from the free shipping calculation? 

As shipping is charged to us by parcel size, not value, we apply the free shipping threshold based on product values, BEFORE the shipping fee. 

Something on the order email doesn’t look right?

Simply reply to the email ASAP so we can get it updated prior to shipping.
