Change of mind returns

Everyone makes mistakes, so we do allow a change of mind return or exchange of unused towels, apart from the cost of return postage. However, please understand that you will therefore be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us.

Make an online return by following these easy steps:

  1.  Email us at to give us a heads up so we can approve your return. 
  2.  If approved, we'll send you returns information.
  3.  Return it to us via Australia Post – don’t worry, we’ll give you the details.

How long do I have to return my purchase?

The returns window is within 30 days of receiving your order.

How long will it take to process my refund?

We refund the amount owed using the method you originally used to make the purchase in the first place. So once your returned item is received you should receive your refund within 2 days. 

Is there a warranty on my towel?

Absolutely. Our towels are warranted against manufacturing defects, loose stitching and discolouration for 12 months from purchase, fair wear and tear excepted. Should you have a claim just send us an email and we'll take it from there.

What if I’ve used my towels?

Quality is one of our highest priorities so if our products don’t measure up we want to know.
