How much will shipping cost me?

AUSTRALIA

Standard Post 

Under $49:                     $9.50
Over   $49:                     Free! It’s on us

Express Post  

Up to 1Kg:                      $11.95

Between 1Kg and 3Kg   $15.95

Up to 3Kg - WA CUSTOMERS ONLY  $11.00

Over 3Kg, no express option available

NEW ZEALAND 

Up to 3kg                       AUD17.95 

3kg to 4kg                      AUD24.00

Please allow a minimum of 21 business days from order. Hopefully this will shorten once NZ returns to Pre Covid-19 conditions. 

Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges, taxes and duties. If your order is rejected due to non-payment of these, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

Now that all states of Australia have reopened borders hopefully there will be an improvement in the disruptions caused by COVID-19 and other factors.

WA CUSTOMERS

Shipping times are still heavily delayed to WA and we strongly encourage those customers to make use of our subsidised Express Post rate as these parcels are carried by air and arrive within a few days.

We continue to meet our target of shipping orders next business day after order.

When will you ship my order?

Please allow 1 business day for processing at our warehouse. Once your order is shipped you should receive it within 4 - 8 business days (AUSTRALIA)* or 16 business days (INTERNATIONAL).  * Please read our service update below . 

We use Australia Post for shipping. All shipping is now tracked and full details are provided to customers so you can track the progress of your shipment. 

During peak times, and especially towards Christmas, please allow extra days for delivery as well as allowing for some delays due to COVID-19.

INTERNATIONAL - EXCL NEW ZEALAND

Apart from New Zealand, we are currently not shipping to other international destinations due to severely restricted freight capacity. We hope to restore service soon. 

Do you ship to my P.O. Box or Regional postcode?

We sure do, but please allow a few extra days for Australia Post to get your order to regional postcodes. For more information see https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/domestic-delivery-times

Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes, we’re happy to deliver to your work address. Just make sure your add your company name so you get it as quickly as possible.

I haven’t received my order, what now?

Get in touch with us by either replying to the Order Confirmation email we sent you or contact us at hello@wovii.com .

However please check your shipment details at https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search before contacting us as this is the same information that we would use to assist you.  

 

RETURNS

Change of mind returns

We do allow a change of mind return or exchange of unused towels, apart from the cost of return postage. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods.

Make an online return by following these easy steps:

  1.  Email us at hello@wovii.com to let us know.
  2.  We’ll send you a simple returns form to complete.
  3.  Return it to us via Australia Post – don’t worry, we’ll give you the details.

How long do I have to return my purchase?

The returns window is within 30 days of receiving your order.

How long will it take to process my refund?

We refund the amount owed using the method you originally used to make the purchase in the first place. So once your return is received you should receive your refund within 2 days. 

Is there a warranty on my towel?

Absolutely. Our towels are warranted against manufacturing defects, loose stitching and discolouration for 12 months from purchase, fair wear and tear excepted. Should you have a claim just send us an email  and we'll take it from there.

What if it’s been longer or I’ve used my towels?

Quality is one of our highest priorities so if our products don’t measure up we want to know.
