How much will shipping cost me?
Under $50: $7.95
Over $50: Free! It’s on us.
We currently only ship to NEW ZEALAND - Flat rate $9.95 AUD
Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges, taxes and duties. If your order is refused due to non-payment of these, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.
When will you ship my order?
Please allow 2-3 business days for processing at our warehouse. Once your order is shipped you should receive it within 10 business days (AUSTRALIA) or 14 business days (INTERNATIONAL).
During peak times, like Christmas, please allow a couple of extra days.
Will you ship to my P.O. Box or Regional postcode?
We sure do, but please allow a few extra days for Australia Post to get your order to regional postcodes.
PayPal can be picky with addresses so if you’re having trouble please call us on 1300 4 wovii (1300 4 96844).
Will you deliver to my work address?
Yes, we’re happy to deliver to your work address. Just make sure your add your company name so you get it as quickly as possible.
I haven’t received my order, what now?
Get in touch by either replying to the Order Confirmation email we sent you or call us on 1300 4 96844 (1300 4 wovii)
We didn't quite measure up? If you want to make a return or exchange, relax, they’re free.
Make an online return by following these easy steps:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
- We’ll send you a simple returns form to complete.
- Return it to us via Australia Post – don’t worry, we’ll give you the details.
- We’ll refund you within three business days of receiving your package and send you an email when this transaction has taken place.
How long will it take to process my refund?
We’ll simply refund the amount owed to your PayPal account or credit card that you used to make the purchase in the first place.
How long do I have to return my purchase?
Please let us know if you’d like to return your purchase within 30 days of placing your order.
What if it’s been longer or I’ve used my towels?
Quality is one of our highest priorities so if our products don’t measure up we want to know.
