Please allow a minimum of 15 business days from order.
Please note that you are responsible for any customs charges, taxes and duties. If your order is refused due to non-payment of these, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package.

When will you ship my order?
Please allow 1 business day for processing at our warehouse. Once your order is shipped you should receive it within 3- 7 business days (AUSTRALIA) or 15 business days (INTERNATIONAL).
We use Australia Post for shipping.
During peak times, like Christmas, please allow a couple of extra days for delivery as well as allowing for some delays due to COVID-19. Australia Post has already advised that cut off for domestic delivery by Christmas is 12 December 2020.
Do you ship to my P.O. Box or Regional postcode?
We sure do, but please allow a few extra days for Australia Post to get your order to regional postcodes.
PayPal can be picky with addresses so if you’re having trouble please contact us at email@example.com
Can you deliver to my work address?
Yes, we’re happy to deliver to your work address. Just make sure your add your company name so you get it as quickly as possible.
I haven’t received my order, what now?
Get in touch by either replying to the Order Confirmation email we sent you or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Change of mind returns
We do allow a change of mind return or exchange of unused towels, apart from the cost of return postage. You will be responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods, including the cost of return shipping.
Make an online return by following these easy steps:
- Email us at email@example.com to let us know.
- We’ll send you a simple returns form to complete.
- Return it to us via Australia Post – don’t worry, we’ll give you the details.
How long do I have to return my purchase?
Please let us know if you’d like to return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.
How long will it take to process my refund?
We’ll simply refund the amount owed to your PayPal account or credit card that you used to make the purchase in the first place.
Is there a warranty on my towel?
Absolutely. Our towels are warranted against manufacturing defects, loose stitching and discolouration for 12 months from purchase. Should you have a claim just send us an email and we'll take it from there.
What if it’s been longer or I’ve used my towels?
Quality is one of our highest priorities so if our products don’t measure up we want to know.
