Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return

Refunds, if and when approved by us, are issued using the original payment method used to place the order.

Once your return has been received and processed, refunds are typically completed within 2 business days.

Wovii towels are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, loose stitching and discolouration, excluding normal wear and tear.

Our products are designed for normal household, travel, beach, gym and recreational use. Products used in commercial or professional environments may experience accelerated wear due to higher usage volumes, frequent laundering, exposure to oils, lotions, chemicals or other treatments.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or deterioration resulting from conditions outside normal consumer use.

For commercial or professional purchases, warranty assessments may take into account the nature of the operating environment, frequency of use and adherence to our care instructions.
