If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help with clear, fair returns support.

Returns Policy

If you change your mind, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Contact the Wovii team with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Refunds, if and when approved by us, are issued using the original payment method used to place the order.

Once your return has been received and processed, refunds are typically completed within 2 business days.

Wovii towels are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, loose stitching and discolouration, fair wear and tear excepted.
